This document provides a master plan update for Big Marine Park Reserve. This update builds upon the previous master plan by working with the established park reserve boundary, conforming to Metropolitan Council policies, and giving priority to preserving the natural features which manke the park reserve unique. This master plan update will continue to guide future development within the park reserve and assist with developing a phased plan for implementation. Planning efforts focus on balancing multiple park programming desires with the needs of preserving the native landscape and sensative habitat areas--Introduction.
