Horn Book Review

Pig Olivia tries to control the weather in these easy readers based on episodes of the animated television series. Slightly creepy computer-generated pictures illustrate stories about trying to make kites fly without wind (Party) and attempting to make rain fall (Dance). The texts are accessible, but the flat story lines and banal illustrations do a disservice to the original picture books.
