Anthony Spencer is an egotistical, self-made business success, although the cost of achieving this was painfully high. A cerebral hemorrhage leaves Tony comatose in a hospital ICU. When he awakes he finds himself in a surreal world, a 'living' landscape that reflects dimensions of his earthly life, from the beautiful to the corrupt.
